i haven't submitted anything at all for over two months..... so i wanted to say hi to my recently obtained 100 watchers!!!! god only knows how i did it... I've been so inactive lately. i have many reasons for this... mostly that i don't have the right resources... but with any luck i will have what i need soon. i haven't done any digital art stuffs in ages. i have had waaaaaay too much homework.i have been doing art...just not on the computer. i hope to get a scanner soon but things are very tight at the moment as i am going to japan in a week!!!!! and i hopefully will get a tablet at the end of the year...(i am too lazy too draw with a mouse.)any way.....HI!!!

worst shows!!

my brothers and i were discussing what our least favourite shows are.
one of my brothers said that his least favourite shows are the bold and the beautiful, dinosaur king and huntik.
this brought us to the issue that australian tv shows little to no anime. we had avatar which is actually american until they replaced it with huntik. they showed tokyo mewmew but barely any of it. they showed one piece for a while but then started it from the start again and then they took it off. they showed naruto until they changed the rating.
they showed all the yu-gi-ohs but never the last series. sadly now we are left with bakugan.
i think in australia if you have pay tv they show more anime that is actually good but still very little. they also showed death note and code geass on a chanell that i dont have.
in australia the only way to see anime without spending tonnes of money on buying it or being over charged to hire dvds is on the internet and that isnt good for the anime industry.
australia is suppost to be a place where people from across the world come to and is suppost to be accepting of other cultures but there is very little of that around outside the capital cities. i live in a place a few hours from melbourne and basically any girl who doesnt bleach and straighten their hair and wear tights that are suppost to look like jeans because jeans arent tight enough stands out. so basically we get crappy anime rip offs like the winx club and no culture outside of the capitals which sux badly.
